We are located at a 3,300 ft. elevation, between the vibrant cities of Boone and West Jefferson, only a 12 min drive in either direction. Both cities are known for their galleries, boutique shopping, coffee shops, etc. Boone is the home of Appalachian State University, the fifth largest university in the seventeen-campus system. Boone offers spectacular views and four-season activities for families and adventure seekers. We are minutes away from two famous Ski resorts; Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain, both providing all levels of skiing and snowboarding.
We are nestled along Blue Ridge Parkway - “America’s Favorite Drive” that winds its 469 miles through outstanding scenery. Discover Grandfather Mountain which rises 5,946 ft. above sea level and is a globally recognized nature preserve. Grandfather Mountain is famous for its Mile High Swinging Bridge.
